Anyone who has been imprisoned because of illegal drugs can be ignored- Trucking jobs require truckers to be at their fittest mentally because the work entails driving in long hours. Being under the influence of any drug will certainly disrupt the job itself, and besides, no company would like to endanger their names just because an employee of theirs encountered an accident due to irresponsibility and use of drugs.
